Emily Carr University :
Undergraduate Library Guide & Library Request Forms
The Library Guide

I was given the opportunity to 'remix' the ECUAD library guide and request forms. I also took advantage of the opportunity to revisualize the information in the library guide by developing a system of icons. This helped both with collecting information and making the library guide something that communicates information using more than words. I think this demonstrates even the most mundane item can reflect the values of the institution.
The Library Request Forms

The old forms were unattractive and difficult to fill out because they lacked adequate space. First of all, I wanted the new forms to have plenty of space to fill in the appropriate info, but I thought they could communicate much more to students by incorporating a modern but friendly / human typeface that expresses approachability. Just as with the library guide, I branded each request form with iconography.
